This hotel has the pool and gym which I use purely because it's location . The staff need more customer training they hardly ever say good morning or afternoon and some personal trainer's think it's their gym . The main bar restaurant manager is abrupt and had a take it or leave it attitude I think most staff are not aware that the clients and members are paying their wages . Whilst standards and regulations apply they don't overide common sense when dealing with customers who regularly spend in this hotel . Overall could do better considering often the jacuzzi is broken or gym equipment not working . I've never seen anyone cleaning the gym equipment reading what bacteria you can catch from the apparatus .

Tenpin and the cinema still going strong. Not too sure about the restaurants.
Lots of variety: cinema, bowling, laser quest, escape rooms and food from pub grub to Indian. Very family friendly, but parking can be a bit tight.
Had great fun bowling and like the oversized child I am I also enjoyed the arcade games and everything else on offer. We went on a Saturday night and had no trouble getting a lane, might be different at other times so worth checking in advance.
