Purchased several Minerva worktops from Tradeup-uk and have nothing but praise for them.Both Suzana and Adrian were extremely helpful in picking the correct worktops to get the look we were trying to achieve. Even giving advice on the fitting.Excellent Communication throughout, from initial conversation, to quotation, ordering and final delivery. First class service.We had Maia worktops in our last house and were impressed with them. This time we wanted waterfall worktops. This effect is usually associated with Corian work surfaces, however they were way beyond our budget. With Minerva being a solid material we were able to cut, join and sand them giving a very similar look for approx. half the cost of Corian.In summary. Great price and excellent service. Would definitely recommend Minerva and Tradeup.
First and most important thing to say is that Suzana was very, very responsive. Emails rarely waited more than an hour or two before she replied. She always called back and always phoned if she had any questions or problems.Getting a quote as easy although working out what the differences between worktop materials is a nightmare - not a Trade Up Kitchen's issue. Suzana replied the same evening.Price was competitive and delivery time was initially good. However there was a hiccup with a sink unit which seems to have been a problem with Sylmar rather that Trade Up Kitchens. Again Suzana was very helpful and quick to respond, keeping me informed of progress.The sink eventually was delivered 2 days earlier than the revised date.I'd order from Trade Up Kitchens again. I've knocked a star off for the hiccup on delivery.
