Well....what a poor experience! TWO HOURS TEN MINUTES FOR DELIVERY I had to call the shop 15 minutes after the just eat delivery estimate had passed only to be rudely told I had a large order (for 6 people) and it would be another 20 minutes.. 35 minutes later the delivery turned up!!We had ordered half a shredded duck with pancakes for starters for our family get together as it was a special occasion..... there was NO PANCAKES and the duck was not shredded... so another call to an even ruder shop keeper...! 10 minutes later the pancakes arrived...by which time we had checked some of the other food against our order...one dish was supposed to be chicken in yellow bean sauce..,.it HAD NO SAUCE...we questioned the delivery person as to what it was? They didnt!By now the duck was cold, our dinner guests were upset, two other dishes were just inedible..beef and noodles..,king prawn and bean sprouts was a congealed mess with a disgusting taste (was the bean sprouts OFF?) and only 4 small king prawns.....Another 40 minutes was spent speaking to just eat customer services trying to negotiate a refund for some items, they called the rude shop keeper who said NO REFUNDS the fact youve taken the food is apparently accepting its quality.Just eat offered us 10 vouchers as a goodwill gesture... which we did not accept. So we got a supervisor on their chat system who eventually after much deliberation promised us a full refund!A horrible experience, not what a Saturday night family get together should entail...!

half the food turned up. rang. no one seemed to care. they slam the phone down on you. no appology. had to take food back up. just generally rude. wont ever order again
By far the best Chinese take away I'v ever had is from here and that is an understatement! Wouldn't consider getting it any where else. They do the most delicious food, I loved the sweet and sour chicken hk style in perticular. They always listen and give you the correct order. I'll definitely be ordering from here again! with lovely staff, Thank You
Fantastic food, very happy with big portions and perfect timing when picked up....but forgot the Egg fried rice: wouldnt worry but this is the second time in a row they have done this...how can you forget the rice!!!
